Also to answer @Volkova, the answer is life. I'm rather busy with my job, often burnt out, and actually making this mod is a nightmare that involves mass overwriting and tweaking of basically the entire core game code.
It's not that I want to abandon it or anything, I just haven't had the time, energy, or motivation. That's why I'm fine if others decide to work on it, my presence is unreliable at best.
