Yes, you need the search and destroy DLC, like with any weapons related items on the workshop. If you do have the DLC, check if the gun is loaded, if you dont have the DLC, im sorry but theres nothing i can do to help beyond direct you to the steam store

how do you fire it? ive been clicking buttons hitting lights stuff like that but no matter how much i try i cant fire it! do you ned like the search and destroy pack or something? becuase idk whats happening.

I could, but theres not much reason to. Since its a static object anyways, its better to make a mission for them.
