The "Seljuk Invasion" game rule doesn't show up when using the current version. Otherwise, it continues to work fine.

@Gerch because I want to be able to use the custom religion mechanics to their full extent without losing achievements? There are a ton of options in the religion designer that essentially do nothing unless you have some of these settings on.

This mod should be updated to do the same with "Full Acceptance" for different cultures as well

@gerch I never understand this argument. It's ahistorical the second you hit play.

Also, who cares? It's a simulation engine and people do computering on it. Have fun.

If I remember correctly, using console commands, mods that use console commands, and switching characters(yes, even the spouse designer) are the only things, that disable achievements

You mean I can finally experience the huge hoard of mods the Workshop has to offer without having to sacrifice achievement eligibility?
That seems... out of character... for Paradox.

@Komissar Rudinov: you’re out of the loop. The checksum check doesn’t exist anymore. Mods no longer block achievements in general (whether they’re cosmetic mods or cheat mods)

Some game rules still prevent achievements, but ironically we can mod those game rules to not block achievements, which is what this mod does.

How would a mod bypass Paradox's checksum check?

@l27v because it changes the balance of the game, obviously... it makes you able to make alliances with other rulers of the same gender (i.e. most of them) without even having children.

i never understood why allowing same sex marriage turned achievements off when, by default, it was only possible in religions that allowed it,,, now the feature has a use
