Answer: yes!
I just had it work out in my 7.5 beta 6 with "The Deep" installed.
The new jump gate in Atreus Clouds connects to the SE inactive jump gate (The Deep uses the S Gate) and then that connected to ore belt just fine and to Frontier's Edge!
now that I see it more clearly, it looks like Chillmatica added new inactive jump gates in Atreus' Clouds S and in Argon Prime SW which don't interfere. I have NOT seen whether or not the sector placement on the universe map will create issues with the Hatikvah's Faith...but I don't think so, because the hex locations on the galaxy map are in a different place... look here beta map on qsna

Tried it and got nice FPS in The Shallow, but The Deep drops to 25-30 on RTX 2080/12700KF
Shame really, as unlike Boron Connections this mod doesn't hook the Boron sectors up to a frickin Xenon sector, thus shattering the relatively peaceful conditions there.
Mind you I'm playing on the Linux build of X4 with an Nvidia GPU, so maybe it's a problem with that specific combo.
@Plissken: if you save your game while in either sector, exit the game, then uninstall the mod, your save won’t open because it has nowhere to place you. You can reinstall, move your character somewhere else and save, then uninstall and you’ll be good. If this isn’t your case with save location I’d like to know more as I haven’t heard of it.
