Good mod, but I think it is "too broken".
Harvest Skill is very strong ability, especially on higher levels. To balance it - there is a need for drawback of usage of that skill. For example, target loses not one level of the skill, but loses amount of levels equal to XP that caster gained from Harvest Skill.
Also, make it stun the user for a day or more after cast to make it less ultimate ability (like, user needs time to understand what he harvested, and so he falls in coma-like state for a time).
Good idea to kill target if stolen XP is more than target has.
Better rework for "Harvest Skill": make this ability steal XP in all categories where XP is present, amount depending on psy-sensitivity, not levels. This XP equally spread among all categories evenly, but if there is no XP left in category - it starts to steal more from others, untill there is no XP left. Each cast can add brain illnesses to target, and if there are illnesses in target's brain - caster can with a chance also consume it (so it would be a risk to steal from ill targets).
Age up and Age down spells - I think both of this spells should change caster's age as well: "Age up" of the target reduces age of the caster for half of that amount, and "Age down" should add double age amount to the caster.
Age Baby and Age Elderly - good spells in concept. Age Baby could make any target except caster into a baby, should cost around 75% of concentration or even more. About Age Elderly - it would be cool if it wouldn't set age to 200, but make target to recieve debuff, that makes it's age rapidly (100 times faster for a single day; duration increases with psy-sensitivity).
Age Double - broken in matter of balance. There are mods that makes pawn stronger with age, and this think can make pawn that are usually aged maximum in hundred years into aging into a thousands or even millions of years. I don't know what can be done about it.
Also, want to see spells that will make target aged for the debuff duration and than reverse it back to the original age. This also includes ability to reduce target's age to baby for a time and than return it back to normal. It would be best if it works gradually over time, making pawn return to normal not instantly but with each hour.
And the main problem: this mod looks very much like "Chronopath" from VPE, so I hope you can make this mod unique addition for VPE, that "feels" different from Chronopath branch.
