to create the statue he used software that we cannot use but
when I duplicate his objects some keep the voxels he modified
you just have to isolate the voxel to make it your object this will allow you to duplicate it in the world to make specific shapes

Aha ok I believe that is a tool only the developer has access to and it is a import plugin for the voxel plugin in ue4. I will ask the developer.

you see the statue object created by the developer if you look at it there are smaller voxels than the others if you duplicate it in the world you can isolate the small voxels to make an object that you can duplicate to make structures more complex

in short build voxels 2x bigger use selection box to create a prop, then in prop properties select 'highrez'
