Unrelated to that, you get a couple of these errors from loading all your xenotype mods in the proper order.
"Config error in PrimarisGeneSeed: Multiple gene categories share the same displayPriorityInXenotype. This can cause display order issues."

This will ensure that the game displays the correct warnings if a player tries to run Genes+ without Biotech.
while it does work out in the open, during the day, it doesn't work with sunlight lamps, nor under skylights (mod: Dub's Skylights).
Same goes for Sun Requirement.
When checking, there is a slight lag for Photosynthesis switching. So, the steps to reproduce are:
- Recruit a pawn.
- Get pawn outside in the sun. Photosynthesis is active.
- Get pawn inside, in range of a sun lamp, or under a skylight.
- Wait e.g. 1 hour in-game time.
- Photosynthesis is inactive (out of sunlight).
Rationale: if sun lights and skylights are good enough for crops, shouldn't they be enough for these genes?
Suggestion: it seems to me plants only check the level of light, not the actual source of light. If it's 100%, it's good. Could that be either the default, or an option for this mod?

I just downloaded your mod for the first time a few days ago, so it shouldn't be outdated, but in the doubt I tested again (unsub, supressing the files, sub), once again without any other mod.
I have the same problems, so I don't know. The fact that I have the jelly production bug seems to indicate there is something weird going on.

Update the mod, the problem with jelly production has been fixed for a very long time.
The gene for turning off mood is an archogen. Click the corresponding checkbox in the genotype creation menu. It is on the bottom right.
Yes, there is an operation to remove the parasite.
-For chemfuel excretion, it indicate it's jelly and it seems incredibly slow (during my test It increased by something like 0.1%/day).
-For jelly production the description is "TODO".
If you look closely, you will notice that these are multipliers. If your armor is 0, then even with the multiplier it will be 0.
