@Ubisoft Ibehard I'd love to see your mod uploaded, if its usable

I have also relaunched kenshi 100s of times editing that one file messing with stuff... never uploaded my UI cause I stole too much from other people's UI mods. I am also surprised at the lack of UI mods though considering how "easy" it is.

@Schizophrenic Cat-Lon, I am honestly kind of surprised literally no one tried that before me. That was not too hard, took a day or so.

@Schizophrenic Cat-Lon I am indeed a programmer now, a 2 year experienced gamedev in Unreal Engine 5, but in this case, I didn't know not the programs not the code language itself, I just messed with numbers in random file to see what would happen to game, lol. Maybe I've had to relaunch Kenshi for that for a couple of 100 times.

From one modder to another, how did you pull this off?
This is very complicated code-wise, any yet you only have 1 Change Note.
Was there a lot of trail and error beforehand, or a program used to align everything?

Loving this mod so much, it is a huge improvement on the original UI! -The only thing that could make it better would be an option (or version) with the UI elements changed to semi-transparent, like in Has a Name's "Translucent Vanilla UI". -I don't suppose there is any hope for that to be added in the future?

I will not be able to play Kenshi for at least one year because of this laptop but it'd be great to hear whether it work on other resolutions as well, apart for just 1080p it was intended for.
May be some what confusing but I am making a collection ahead of time as to when I will be abler to play it.

One issue I have is that when you have a lot of squads you can't read all the squad names. If you tiled the names in the same way you tiled the portraits, we could read all the names. I love this mod but I can't use it because I have way to many squads.

good mod for when you only have one character or they have few tasks, but at least when you have more than 4 squads full of people and they have several tasks it overloads, very good mod anyway

Great for a solo or a few people squads, would not recommend for full kingdoms, huge armys

great mod but is their any chance of making the transparent u.i option more transparent?

Is it possible to click through job & squad panels?
If not, could you add a transparent (barely visible is enough) background to them? You can't see the areas but mouse click/camera drag are disabled in them, thus make it feels like "click/drag stop working randomly", if there's a background to indicate those area that would be less frustrating

i much prefer this layout of the ui then the vanilla version its a lot cleaner.
all it needs is a patch for dark ui and it be golden.

When tutorial shown in the left corner, I can see it but click it nothing happens, I can't open tutorial message box nor close it. I use font size 32
