貌似某种冲刺或者闪避的物品会导致生成萌螈小人的时候对装备分配空引用,导致萌螈不管是敌人还是友军都无法生成装备,对于其他阵营也有一定影响但不多

In my main save this sometimes causes raids to fail to generate
replication scenario: Try to give a weapon with bayonet to a non-colonist pawn(as example by using character editor)

The CE version Pedersen definitely shot Mills grenades. I will try to double check this soon. Also, I was mistaken about .45 ACP, that would be physically impossible.

The Pedersen Device does not fire Grenades, it rapid-fires .45 ACP. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cikek5njqdM WW1 rifles could launch grenades, but it was with a cup-shaped launcher on the end (which is what the Jawa use to disable R2D2 in Star Wars: A New Hope) The Springfield Rifle used the M1 launcher, the Enfield Rifle used M2 launcher. I love this collection, though, lots of fun stuff.
