Given that you're experiencing FPS spikes in other games as well, it's possible that your computer's specifications might not be sufficient.

Are the textures really the problem of most FPS spikes(l have FPS spikes)? In theory, if you have 32x32 textures, could you have 500 infected on screen with little issues? But if you have 128x128 textures, would the 500 infected cause lot of problems? Just a question to understand a bit of the logic of why l have FPS spikes. l bet it is the CPU problem. Or the game's optimiziation. But if it is the game's fault, why l am getting FPS spikes on Overwatch 2? Most other games, l have FPS spikes too. If things are calm, my frames are stable but when something heavy or sudden happens, my frames drop their stable status and mess up my aim or even reaction

This add-on has no problem. I think there is crash between this add-on and your other add-on(skins).
