Alright, I updated the mod. Numbers in the description are approx averages.

Maybe instead of having a chance to lose mental, you could try a weekly upkeep.

so funny, every member gone depressed in a matter of days. how ever the training speed is quite refreshing. gonna wait for the fix.

This mod is broken. I had unrestricted policies and as soon as I hired my first girls, two of them lost 30 mental stamina. Then 2 days later on Monday they lost another 30 stamina (which is intended). Then I used the promotion for the first time and 3 girls lost 30 mental stamina. Then I believe I lost more chunks of mental stamina when the story dialogues appeared.

I had 3 girls on 0 mental stamina after hiring them for 1 week.

I forgot to mention that it's the mental stamina that got reduced so fast. Also, I don't know if it's intended, but the training speed is very fast with that policy, less than 3 seconds, I think. And I didn't notice any change on the physical stamina.

Hello. I think there's a bug in this mod.

- Quality: -0.5 mental stamina each week to add complexity to mental stamina management.

I tried this policy, and it reduces my Idol's stamina (who's currently on training) rapidly for less than a day.
