@w3416 for the first step, you need to list the generals for mod. and second step, assume their traits or stats based on their biography. you can use vanilla traits, or you can make your own. then, you have to make portraits for them. follow these steps and talk to me later. at least I can teach you how to make mods.

There are only surnames from Soviet generals here. There is not a single face of a Soviet general here.
