Is it possible to just disable the AI's ability to gene-tailor rather than to just make it so they cannot research it but they can still do it? I ask cus if the AI already has acess to GT at the start then this does not affect them :(

Would be curious if there's the ability to prevent ai from changing civics.
For the purpose of keeping custom made roleplay empires the way they were set.

That combined with no ai migration treaties and this mod, I think I could finally have a balanced rp game.
