SInce Steam has done nothing about the reupload I reported it to Steam moderator doge_sevens in the BR Discord and he marked it as incompatible with the game in 10 seconds.

No it was still up, this new version of Steam is just crap when it comes to navigating pages and links for some reason. So I have reported it.
Thanks again for letting me know. I don't mind re-uploads or edits as long as I'm credited in some way, but trying to pass this one off as his own when it took me 40+ hours and a lot of frustration to build is just a bit much. :)

I'm currently experimenting with the Horten Ho 229 (flying wing) to see if I can make it fly ok in the game and if it works I'll finish it. Since it one huge wing it behaves... interestingly in the game but I think I can make it work. :)
