last year i think i realised that an scp cb mod also uses a real gore image, which is dark confinement mod, the fourth image instead of a bloody hand has been replaced with a guy on the floor with so many wounds, no skin on his face and an open wound on his chest possibly trying to rip his organs or heart out...

pretty disturbing if you ask me... i was sick to my stomach when i closely inspected the image
