Nobody knows. Possible it's impossible.
I couldn't find a way to cancel a construction though, I could make the button "enabled" but it calls a native function that, I assume, check again if that's possible. And I didn't find any effect that cancel a construction other than that native function
I also re-added the interaction to move realm capital that I unintentionnaly removed while updating .
I don't know how to play without this mod - vassals build anything but needed.
I only made a quick test but It should be good.
It should work with every holding.
I'll compare with latest vaniall file if I have to ad other things too.
Where would oyu like to add a scrollbar ?
Is that related to another mod ?

I noticed that "common/on_action/balanced_buyable_building_slot_start.txt" should be and currently is not in utf8-bom encoding. However the mod still works (as far as I can tell) so I just wanted to let you know.

In my playset I make sure this mod is one of the latest to be sure the gui files are loaded last.
Just launched a new game with the mod from steam (not my local files) and used console to change dev lovel and gold and everything seems to work.
Culture link and faith link works, adding a slot works, moving capital as much as I want works.
I'll take a look when I can
Btw i replaced the trigger with the on perk reset one, did the reset and than changed it back to on game start. Worked perfectly fine, so thumbs up!
Will surely increase a bit again, 1000, 1500, 2000 seems a good idea.
