@tonyrhack there is already an existing popular mod that does this https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2024528246 :)

Main reason i made this mod is because the other popular mod that adds building tiers is not compatible with my changed icons, so i am offering this instead. There is no compatibility issue on the tech one
