Confirmed. All on-map buildings (like the statue) across all older mods need to be updated to get the building to appear. Currently your mod as well as all the Timberwood tome mods are broken and do not grant the on-map building unlock when the tome is unlocked. The penguins still work though.

The tome works fine however the penguin statue doesn't appear in any of my buildable buildings, was it removed?

this tome is great but little too strong for tier 1. Guess tier 2 could fit better

Is it supposed to show up as Society Trait?

Also confirm it's not in the Encyclopaedia.

this tome is in the tome library and available for faction

however it is NOT in the encyclopedia
