Does it not appear under the spawnlist section 'addons' where it shows all addons you are subscribed to? I have to admit I have not tried myself, and assumed it has been working as I've not had any other complaints, albeit it has a low subscriber rate as it's quite a unique set.
I'm not sure you quite understand what this is for. It's mainly for developers or players who need the assets available as they can't see things on maps or other models.
