Report a translation problem
The model is gorgeous and the effect is a bit too strong.
The "artist per engineer" thing is interesting and it is totally fine if you decide to retain this newly designed mechanism. But it will do no harm to at least drop the 3 granted Great Engineer Points.
The effect feels a little OP though, but maybe that's cause I spam out industrial districts. Perhaps it should be nerfed to give a bunch of great people points instead of immediately granting an artist for free? Just my two cents. Again, lovely mod, keeping it in my load order either way forever.
