Is it possible to define the teleport yourself?
When using maps that are not Namalsk Islands then those other events either dont work or have strange bugs like flashing blue screen tint or hookey cookey trees.
You should comment out those other events and only use EVR and Aurora
I set the following:
m_EventManagerServer.RegisterEvent( Snowfall, 0.99 ); aka Rain or Snowfall
m_EventManagerServer.RegisterEvent( Blizzard, 0.99); aka Storm or Blizzard
Had your EVR storm mod I used for Cherno it worked fine, but needed to update since we jumped to Pripyat
