So I'm considering making an extra "work dammit" tweak update, but so far it doesn't feel necessary
My reason to put 'allied' is to avoid eventual bloodbath. When set to 'co-exist', stationary factions slowly but steady worsen their relationship with the Shinobi till they are killing each other again.
If you're allied with the Shinobi Thieves and fight one of their allied faction, they'll just heal you instead of defending them.
