Will the same happen to ecumenopolis?
On the shellworlds, I'd argue that it would make sense to remove planets #1 and #2 and maybe #3 if they're near the star, plus a gas giant. That'd be more than enough material to create an endersphere. Might be (realspace) scaling, but they don't seem "that" big.
