Lnub check mods that change npc's behavior, like accuracy. I got rid of that and it fixed them.

Perhaps uninstalling them is the best solution instead of disabling them.

I am sure that our addon does not conflict with VJ Base, perhaps it is one of your other addons that is messing with their aim?

every now and then a decal of alien blood will be red blood. (i know zombies use both kinds of blood, but its happening with antlions too)

@My Names Jonas I've tried doing all of that, i've researched the mods im currently using and i can't find anything that possibly makes it not work, for some reason, the impact decals work as intended, but the decals that are displayed on the walls are the normal half life 2 ones, i've still gotta try disabling all my addons to see if that works.

The same thing about the crowbar impact happened to me. First sounded fleshy, then I disabled and it completely broke. Just telling because fixing it could improve the mod's quality :p

A common bug in blood mods with custom flesh impact, i experienced that too, although i do not know how to fix it other then removing the sound source. Crowbar perhaps shares the same sound directory for flesh?
