SFH i really dont know. i never used LOS mods for myself yet. but its likely, because of the mod engines flaws, that you cant activate most mods together, even if they didnt change the same things. some guys merge mods together by themself, but thats something i never did yet too. it might be possible to achieve it this way. you should search in the game forum for some additonal help

hasan4938 thanks and i am sorry, but 8x availbility is really as far as i will go. but if you dont know it already, you can play against additional AI enemies and get a +100% availbility boost for your units, regardless of the difficult level. so playing 1vs2 would give you x16 availbility

WindUpHero7 thanks for the detailed answer! yeah, the scaling overall is more "compact" in the game. i tought already about a feature to add more realistic ranges etc some time ago, but since i am presonaly ok with the vanilla range system and the game is still shaped by the developers, i put some planned features on ice for now. if i have some time again, i will take a closer look

The vanilla game's scaling is off. You can really see this on certain features like football pitches, which are about 400 meters long in-game, and things like a farm field are kilometers long. This is probably also why the vanilla fuel-economy is so strange. It doesn't "hurt" anything, but it's pretty wack.

The Cinnamon Mod changes this scaling for both the map and units to keep the designer's map balance. It changes a football pitch from 400 meters to 100 meters, but it also reduces an 800 meter weapon range to 200 meters.
Space's Scaling Overhaul changes the map scale but NOT the units, which means a unit that could originally barely shoot across a field can now shoot across 3 fields if it has the sight lines, and AA can cover huge chunks of the map. More realistic, but drastically changes map balance.

WindUpHero7 i have never heard of this fix. what exactly is it? i will keep my mod simple at the beginning, so i can patch it easily with each vanilla update and many issues or feature get solved by eugen after a while too

I'd love if you could implement the scaling fix that a few other mods have done, even if you do it the Cinnamod way where nothing really changes but the displayed numbers.
