In the lua file, function JFD_EcuadorMoreno_CityCanConstruct is to decide whether UB can be built. it says
if (not player:GetCapitalCity():IsHasBuilding(buildingLasallianSchoolID)) then
return false
end

I think this condition should only apply to non-capital cities instead of all cities.

In function JFD_EcuadorMoreno_CityTrained, there is no restriction to limit the UB effect only to this civ. As a result, any civ can get the effect.

/edit: maybe just remove the requirement for the building, so it can be build whenever you have university unlocked.

have also issues with building the lasallian school. maybe its because, i got the library for free from building wonder "great library" in my capital. probably thats the issue. and i cant sell it and rebuild it. ;(

I can second the report from Smorley. Ecuador doesn't even have to be in a match for the Lasallian's effect on civilian units to occur. Simply having the mod installed causes civvy and religious units to give the Science and conversion bursts for anyone at game start.

A bug I have seems to grant every civ a burst of science every time they train a civilian unit (Settler, Worker, Fishing Boat) similar to the Lasallian School's mechanic. Happens even when the civ doens't have the School or a universty, happens from the start of the game.

Works well. A very strong civ that won the game as an AI. The bonus is a bit hard to grasp from the wording used. But overall a fun and good working civ. Keep up the good work!

Are there direct downloads for your civ mods ?? I love your civs but like all the rest only about one out of three or four that I subscribe to ever show up in the game. Seems the only way to get mods is by direct download.

Cant Build the Lasallian School

Found a bug where I can't build the Lasallian School on the capital, even with library and temple already built. Don't know if it has anything to do with any mod I have on, could also be a bug related to the great library, that grants a free library. Anyway, it cant't be built or bought.
