man.. this mod plus the recoil control mutator literally saves lifes (or respawn tickets in terms of ravenfield :v)

I found out why it didn't work. It's one of the slow motion mutators. I disabled it and got it working again.

Can you link the mod here? I'll test it out.

Does the global setting affect it? What other mutators are you using?

it's a modded gun. And yes the loadout screen says MG42

my dumba** thought this affected bots, i gave elite-only weapons 2x reload speed, slowed down noob soldier weapons by x0.9, did like a thousand settings for the best experience. youre telling me that none of that mattered and i couldve very well just did 10x speed and obliterate bots with no problem

That would depend on how a weapon implements its fire modes. If a fire mode is a sub weapon there isn't much I can do about that I'm afraid.

When switching fire modes the specific control on the weapon no longer works.

it'd be nice to see a mod like this but for damage. some weapon mods look and feel amazing, but have way too much damage compared to other weapons

Very niche request, but would it be possible for the multiplier to affect the reload sound? Like if a gun reloads at 1.5x speed, could the reload sound clip also play at 1.5x speed? No worries if this isnt possible

Odd, seems to work well for me even at ridiculous speeds the reloads work fine.

all the default weapons from what I can tell. it might be one of the mutators I use but I honestly don't know which one since I don't use anything class related

@SlayerTheFox115 may I know which weapons it's not scaling with properly? Seems to be working fine for me. Unless you're using something like class mutators, it should be scaling fine.

I like using this but it doesn't seem to work as well with the base game weapons. the animations for them are sped up but the actually scripted reload time isn't

Finally a reload mod. I've always felt the reloads in this game were excruciatingly slow especially in gunfights.

i imagine if it works like your armour mutator but in reverse then absolutely not 😬 no worries if it wont be! just curious as i use that a lot

i understand that thank you! a 50% increase will reduce a 10 second reload by about 5 seconds and a 2 seconds reload by 1. im probably off on that but all im trying to say is i understand 🙈

@B.P.Emma Yes, global affects specific means that the global multiplier will affect whatever specific setting you used.

And yes it takes into account all numbers. By the way just to clarify, this multiplies the speed not the time it takes to reload. So if you give want something 10% faster to reload, you give it a 1.10 multiplier.

also does it take into consideration all numbers after the decimal! for example can you make a reload speed 11.2% slower as opposed to just 10% with 0.9? sorry for all the questions 😬
