Enabling this class makes it so that all classes who can use a shield have that effect, although I guess accommodating to other classes is outside the scope of this mod.
But perhaps you should make a note of that, as I didn't see it anywhere on the description.
The changes also carry over to shields used for sparks/mecs. I was wondering which mod cancelled out the mobility/aim bonus from shields and found out it was this one.

Bit too much if you ask me , try it out with 20€ ( I think it's ideal price , for your work , maybe 30€ and then if you got success then geth higher price)
Reaper with saved-off shotgun
Reaper Scout ( shotgun or pistols , maybe holotargeter )
elemental reaper ( somthing like the Bulletmaster )
skirmisher - grenade launcher
or with cannon
skirmisher blood mage ( sacrifice your hp for raw psionic power , i thing " nightblade " is caled that class
skirmisher hunter ( same gun as reaper but with saved-off shotgun )

By default, it gives the original classes the ability to carry pistols. Except for the sniper and the Templars. For example, for Technicians, I stuffed their glove into this slot, and into the secondary rocket launcher. If desired, you can prescribe any secondary to them...
Perhaps you should contact the author of True Primary Secondaries [BETA] and ask him to make changes to the secondary weapons from Long War. If this is not possible for you...
and all kinds of samurai / ninjas / akimbos. only your class somehow can't equip knife.
i mean i get that there must be some difference between primary secondaries, i'm just wandering if we could figure it out somehow
Again, I apologize if your having issues, as I do not have the knowledge to make this mod work with TPS.
