Hey I noticed an issue with one of the mechs that spawn during the career / campaign mode. Most mechs are either equipped with auto-cannons that have no ammo, additionally I have noticed some Mechs are just purely too tanky. Like for example I seen two Timberwolfs spawn in high level missions and they literally take NO damage. I can beat them with melee or shoot them non-stop with normal campaign weapons or weapons from your other mods, they just won't do any damage them in general. Additionally the ONLY one I figure that does do damage is the Lava gun and possibly the N-Them weapon.

is it possible to set the intro date back to 3050? i wanted to play campaign mode with realistic intro dates..

Also just one more question, is there a mission where I can encounter the Ragnarok V2 when I hit the required Rep level or is it a random encounter in missions?

Hi there really enjoying the mod so far <3 (its very cool to see the mechassault mechs brought up to a higher standard). My favorite mech is the Ragnarok, does that spawn naturally in career mode? I want to get my hands on one really bad lol

But I checked the download files on Nexusmods "quick fix for broken weapons" and dropped the mod into my mods folder. Seems to work now!

The link in the desc that you added for Nexusmods says Error 403 Forbidden, any idea why? I'm logged into Nexusmods on my browser

The error says "invalid Weapon (missing asset) RightTorso - Torso_Right_EH2 - lavagun" if that helps at all

Can confirm, checking the Ragnarok and Prometheus, the Lava Gun and Hammer Missiles are marked as "invalid". Also have Yet Another Weapon Clan and Yet Another Weapon installed which seems to be screwing it up and you can't use them.

So me and some friends have noticed that weapons such as the Warhammer Launcher for the Prometheus, and the Lava Gun conflict with Yet Another Weapon and Yet Another Weapon Clan IDs, causing it to be over written.

Does this mod not show up in a save editor? I was hoping to just add these mechs to my cold storage but I can't find them. Are they under a different designation? I know the other mech mod creators typically name them something different like MDD-Classic or whatever, so I figured I'd ask, thanks.

its not only with the NPC. its causing the game to hang whenever you have just completed the mission

Is the update causing an issue in anyone elses ship?
For whatever reason having this mod on causes the NPCs to T-pose.
Not an issue for gameplay but if in a campaign where you need to talk with NPCs, it'll be impossible to.

Grew up playing MW and MW2, Had Mech Assault 1 and 2 on Xbox and didn't really consider them MechWarrior games... However, I still own them both along with an original Xbox, think I'll break them out and play them this weekend.

Any chance the fix can be rolled into the Steam version? playing multiplayer with some buddies so were trying to stick to just workshop mods for easy mod parity with one another since one of us has issues with vortex working properly.

I mean fair, work on the mechs themselves before the cosmetics side. Speaking of atleast in the SMR-V2 the counter torso rotation doesnt seem to work. Not sure if that a conflict I have somewhere but I just have the standard yaml setup so not sure.

that would require our texture artist to make some new masks specifically for this mod and seeming that we're redoing some of the mechs here that is probably not going to happen.

I have a stupid question.. but.. is there any other way besides encountering said mechs in battle, to squire/buy them? Cause recently I encountered both the Atlas and Mad Cat in two separate missions, but both had ridiculous share costs (Mad Cat alone was 47 salvage shares, was more than the max salvage I could get with my negotiation points). Any help in answering this or pointing me in the right direction would be awesome. Love the mod at any rate! :cozywolfmedalion:

Did you use the Atlas model itself for the modded Atlas? Even if the mech uses another mech's skeleton and animations, I would wager that PGI made sure the two models were still able to exit the dropship.
Also your Mech Assault mod's hidden again.

@Social Credit Union yea im not sure as too way this happens, it has to do with the battlemasters skeleton, cuz the atlas uses it for its animations and skeleton, its unmodified for the atlas, as i didnt change the size or scale of it, so blame PGI on that part my guy :/

The Atlas keeps getting stuck in the drop ship door way. somehow the AI was able to get out at one point on one mission, but i myself am not able to leave. most of the time (including the mission i'm doing while typing) the AI can't get out either.

Are there any plans to add the Owens/Hackman, Uller/Kit Fox, Uziel/Belial, Vulture/Mad Dog, Nova Cat/Wendigo, and Blood Asp/Star Adder to the mod? The Uziel was one of my favorite mechs, being double PPCs, and I'd love to pilot one again.

Do all the mechs have 360 degree torso twist? Is there a way to turn that off?
