I haven't updated this one in a bit. I am trying to rework it to not require completely forking the Xoudad mod. I would rather just apply my changes on top of it.

I am working on an update. Basically I just have to port over all my changes on top of the updated Xoudad mod and SFO. I got my other two mods updated today. Will get this done ASAP.

As much as I love SFO, I am not sure how much longer I will actually be using it in my modlist. Their development style has grown ridiculously cumbersome to the point where they are deciding to straight up not support game updates because it takes them so long to work.

Noted a new conflict with the snek mod compilation as one of the helmets, namely of the unit champion, is bugged

Thank you very much for your excellent mod. I have it above SFO but the units have very low stats. Do I have to activate the original mod as well? I do not know what causes this problem.

@NoMalarkey here are some of them :)
- Mass in the original 125 vs 150
- Armor in the original 110 vs 120
- Shields 50% vs 30%
- Special ability (Imperial Vigilance) should add unit mass and leadership as SFO last version and not give immunity to psychology.
- Unbreakable ability is not in SFO.
Also, Imperial Foot (Greatsword) are too strong attak power and break the balance.

Imperial Foot is not balanced against the SFO version. Imperial Vigilance in SFO works differently.

Just wondering, but are the Greatswords and Halberd variants supposed to be without Unbreakable? I noticed the regular Imperial Foot are Unbreakable, but not the two upgraded units.

@Bowen I looked into this and all three units are definitely using the Xoudad skin. Just fired up a custom battle and grabbed one of each. They all use the Xoudad unit card and have banners, officers, etc.

Try playing around with your load order and I will try different table/file names. Total war does inheritance/overwriting in some truly strange ways.

Perhaps make sure the mod is loaded above SFO. The stats from this mod appear to be winning the conflict, but it's possible the model is not.

All abilities and attributes should line up. Added some missing ones to bring Cav and Demigryph Cav in-line with SFO choices.

The new units (greatsword/halberd) don't seem to have their SFO attributes (e.g Imperial authority).

Be warned the v2 Xoudad version will almost definitely require a new campaign as these are different units with different names in the database.

Now that I am oriented v2 with Xoudad is coming along nicely. I have a fulling working version with all units rebalanced for SFO and removing the duplicate RoR. Will test on some campaigns today and then push to the main channel. Xoudad's version is much better and more detailed.

Hello, great idea I will follow that mod the time that you finish it ( adding SFO abilities , reiksguard buff and for sure use the Xoudad as base....) Btw don't forget to delete the armory requierment since sfo don't have it.

That is deliberate as they are identical to the SFO unit
