Amgee this mod replaces the sprites for brimstone, so if you have another mod that messes with those that might be why :]

Shedoof this mod changes brimstone's sprites, so it depends what the other mod does. i don't recognise the name sorry :P

If you have a normal brim like sulfur or just brimstone itself it looks just kinda blue and white and no pink, it needs more pink is what im saying add more pink i need more pink more pink please i need more pink

Oh this also resprites the item icon, just got a devil deal with it, and it does look nice. There's a similar mod out there but I prefer this one myself

The item resprite with the trans outline is a bit too tacky for me, but the laser with the trans colors looks amazing.
