ALERT FOR EVERYONE
THESE MODS WEREN'T UPDATED IN A WHILE AS SUCH THEY PROBABLY DON'T WORK TOO WELL, INCLUDING THE MANY BUGS THAT WEREN'T FIXED SINCE THE LAST GAME UPDATE, I HIGHLY SUGGEST NO ONE TO USE IT UNTILL THG COMES BACK.

When you raise the torch the flame is at the holding end of it instead of the flame end, while it's down the flame is in correct spot.

Sorry about that! I think i missed some tag with the multitool. Regardless, it should now be hotfixed - just tested and it can repair electrical and mechanical systems now.

Also temporarily disallowed the coiled battery from being loaded into anything, pending a proper fix Soon(TM) for the infinite energy issue

In my current game with some friends the multi-tool can only be used as a screwdriver. Is this a conflict caused by another mod or is it just not working right? :s

The other mods we've been using are the THG Guns/Ammo/Armor, Robotrauma, and MN Creatures.

I've taken a look at the code of the coiled battery and... it doesn't work as intended.
The problem is that the tools themselves (welder, scooter, etc) allow a mobilebattery to be slotted in. In the code of said tool it's specified how much charge is being used when using that tool.

Since the coiled battery is a new item, it is naturally missing from every vanilla (as well as otherwise modded) item, allowing it to have infinite charge.

Coiled battery is unlimited on the cutter and welder. Also the coiled battery doesn't work with the scooter. I can equip the coiled battery but the scooter isn't working. Lastly the Large Flashlight doesn't move up or down when I aim, but I love you can attack with it. It gives me Doom 3 vibes. I love this mod thank you for making this!

Causes crashes on the mod list I have, fire extinguishers when usef by npcs cause a freeze and finally a crash

Electrocutter and welder got buffed a bit, and the flare projector's description has been fixed - it was an accidental copy of another gun from the weapons mod as placeholder

I will say, the ElectroCutter and Welder are WAY too slow, they are useless, I understand making them elecrtic is a good thing but please make them 10% slower not 90%

Flare Projector doesn't fire rifle or handcannon rounds despite its description stating so.

Flare Projecter says something about high calibar instead of flares ill get a pic of it but i was playing it and the description looked weird

@EvolvingCode @M12 @ActuallyUlysses Took a bit, but cranklights recharge rate is corrected now and they can now also accept all battery types, accidentally set them to only accept normal battery cells previously. Flares have also been diversified now and their launch power was increased and density decreased, so they should perform a bit better in water now as well.

This is very interesting! Love the Cranklight Charger.

I know other mods have it such as EK but it would be interesting to see how you'd do an electric powered Welder and Cutter.

That and perhaps even a low-tech like hull patch that uses only steel bars to repair the sub that way for minor repairs you can use that rather then the welder.

Great items. Just one suggestion... lower recharge rate on cranklight. Right now it seems it can charge faster then wall mounted chargers.
