Will robotics vendors sell these limbs or do they have to be crafted?

They should both be -50%. Seems to I have forgotten to fix the left, fixed V4, Sorry!

What is the athletic penalty supposed to be for the steel boots because for me the left boot is -180% penalty while the right is -50% penalty

Sadly it seems the robot boot slot is hard coded and can't be tweaked. I've been asking around for a long time and looking for a solution. So far this seems to be the only option that works

I've yet to be able to try it though as I started a new file and haven't gotten to build them yet, but I'm getting there
