The Wraith could absolutely be added. I’d say the map is too small for the Scorpion.The AI likes ample room to drive the Scorpion around. This map might be a little too tight for them. I will look into both tho!

Thanks my man. I always appreciate the kind words! Players cannot customize the AI squads or the respawning delays. Basically I had to put in varying delays to prevent the game engine from being overwhelmed handling all the bots at once. Reach only likes so many alive at once before it starts to show signs of being too stressed (such as AI not behaving properly or game stability issues). When I eventually do an update to this map I'll see about reducing respawn delays and also adding in additional optional squads that can be enabled or disabled by the player.

This is by far the most Fun Halo mod i have ever played. I added it yesterday and been only on this mod with every mcc bootup.
I have to ask, is there any way to customize the covenant or unsc reinforcements? just the thought of fighting against (or with) a huge wave of elite zealots and generals with energy swords or explosives makes me curious.
I think the only disadvantage is not being able to setup waves like in vanilla firefight.
In my previous comment i said, that UNSC reinforcements arrive very late when they are all already killed, but this is also applies to the covenant reinforcements. It just depends on which side you are playing and how quickly you wipe the enemies off.
I noticed you reply to quite literally every comment which is really cool and i appreciate all the mods you have made

Heyo Fun always love your AI mods. Quick feedback, the some UNSC AI like to just stay back/ hide inside the buildings stopping the next round of reinforcements from spawning. I know you kinda already mentioned it in your description but is it possible to just force them to just go towards the middle of the map? Same with the AI spawned Warthog, i noticed on breakthroughs that the AI warthog will just stop moving and stay in one place and it's hit or miss when if it'll join the fight in the middle of the map.

@The Map Cartographer Thanks for the feedback! Yes, I am going to work on the lighting issues that seem to not darken certain objects like grass. This will hopefully be fixed with the first update. I didn't feel that it was a big enough issue to delay the release. Rest assured that those light items are on my radar.

As for the dropships, I only included 3 on the Covenant side due mainly to space constraints. There just isn't that many areas suitable for dropship deployments on this map compared to my last Reach mod. I feel that I made the best use possible of the space I had.

Thanks for liking the mod and atmosphere of this map. I agree, the dusk rainstorm is a very nice vibe and fit the project perfectly!

Overall this mod is just great. I do wish the game has this dark rainy look for all the firefight maps on Reach this just feel right.

Instead of 2 Covie Dropships could there be 4 dropping off enemies? maybe add more weapons for players to use? i think this mod is fantastic. only issue i noticed was the bright grass.

It's really cool but the UNSC AI needs to spawn in more often, when playing as the covenant they immediately get wiped out unfor. I know that's because they're not the main enemy of the game but IMO, if you can spawn more UNSC frequently with larger waves that'd be dope.


For the most part you really kinda just sit around and wait for them to arrive and wipe the floor with them, though other than that this mod is pretty cool and being able to actually play as covies vs humans is something I've always wanted to do so thanks for that my friend. :steamthumbsup:

@marcusunarce There are a few Elites in this, but I wanted to differentiate this map a bit from my last Reach mod. So I gave the spotlight to the Brutes for this battle. Yes, I can look into adding a way for players to determine the lives in the next update and maybe even adding in some more Elites! I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying the mod!
