Yeah, the og super cat tales was actually called that on Google play.



Also, I'm assuming you meant Shinji (because they were pretty much the only blue cat)

you first need to find a fishing spot, if you did, then you need to reach the village of the second world, there will be a cat that you'll need to talk to, then after you talk to said cat you'll get the fishing rod, and then you can go fish, quite complicated for me to be honest. hopefully i explained it good enough
