Ok so i found the issue but im not 100% sure how to fix it. For now ill just remove the new heads and figure out later how to fix it.

It might just be a quick fix in the asset editor where i just need to tell it to update the model and its done. But in case it isn't i need pics. Ill roll out an update in a sec to test it.

The black LOD will be a transparency issue with the LoD textures. Maybe they are the wrong format (DDS without transparency)?

Thank you for making this mod, my only issue i have are the black pieces of paper that is glued to the front of the Skaven's whiskers. It seems to be a LOD issue as it goes away upon having the camera close up for the regular storm vermin. The council guard, from my perspective, I've found to have it still there regardless of its snoot covering all of the screen or not. Thank you again for the mod as I have been trying to get into the modding scene and finding it very obtuse and annoying so seeing great mods like this is appreciated. My hopes with this comment is only for the desire to help improve your work and not out of malice.

Normally these kind of mods turn me off, but this mod actually looks really good in game. The storm vermin look too unprofessional, this mod fixes that that. Thanks.
