If you join halfway through, you may not be able to purchase it in the recent few areas. Personally, I suggest joining the vending machine?
Also, I found that in the clown's traveling circus, it was impossible to open the locked safe inside

Всё-таки нет. Я видимо просто запутался в словах. Под клиентским модом подразумевалось то, что если он стоит на сервере, всем придётся его скачивать.

Yeah this doesn't work. I'm on a beacon station, specifically that one that looks like it works as an emergency hospital and I can't get into the toxic cabinets.

Thank you for doing this by the way. And yeah currently the only way to nab the card is either through console commands or the item spawner mod.

In current version you can only acquire it through commands, but I can make the item purchasable if you want to.
