Is there a way to control which ones spawn on random pawns? Or is there a filter already in place maybe? I like all of them, they are cool to use but some of them like "Stars" is an odd one to have on random tribals for example lol

Ok, so you don't like the art style. Just don't use the mod. Simple solution.

Im saying that the textures that all of the extra eye textures this add look weird and out of place but that the basic ones meant to replace the original eyes look good.
Just adding an iris and shading is already enough to be considered detailed considering the original eyes are just black circles. You don't necessarily need to add a bunch of obnoxious looking sparkles and fake eye reflections to make it look detailed.

Was the "Detailed" part of the title lost on you or something? Not trying to yuck your yum but you are complaining that the detailed eyes are detailed. What are we meant to take from that?

I want to like it but a lot of the eyes are just too much, way too distracting and clashes with the simple style of the rest of the face. The simpler ones that basically just add an iris and light shading look good but once you start adding all the eye sparkles and fake reflections you lose me.

Looks kinda Freaky but looks cool too
