great ideas, but forward smash's range is tiny and clunky. down special could be replaced entirely despite the effort you made for the gimmick. kamehameha charges way too fast and its range is too big for the effort invested (could be nerfed). nair is awful ssf2's feels better. ftilt is better than smash in every way. neutral jab is great. side special is great too but it feels like it should be up special it's a little op though. up special is fine but generic. same for down smash. down air is awful.

this comment is written with the goal of making this character as close as possible to a correct smash character. this is the best goku by far though, good job.

so far ive found u can instant transmission after dtilt, up throw and downb(?) i think

thanks for the love supernova! for the instant transmission clipping, I don't really have a fix for it as that's what happens when you teleport a character to a certain spot on the stage so all I can say is be careful using it

also a small bug, if you instant transmission after a divekick while on the stage, goku just clips down

you can jump back to the floor tho

i've never seen a modded character on such a good gameplay feel like this goku has, on par with invincible mario and dk for feeling just like the main roster while not being ultra op

As much shit as I like to give you, you did a really good job and you should be proud of this character
