Update:

Missed a few skeletons (Radiant Face versions for Agnu, Burn, and Sadneil, and 3 Skeletons - P4 Mk1, Log-Head Mk1, and Screamer Mk1).

Yes, no problem. I can make a new mod for only shirt, although it's very easy if you're interested in trying it yourself in the FCS tool.
