I think you have conflict addons. I test Arc9 UMP from EFT addon and all working good. Also i fixed bag physic.

Also, the handbag of UMP-45 should better be hidden by default, since otherwise it looks like it's ignoring momentum and gravity, since normally the player is supposed to be rushing and shooting all the time.

Awesome models. I don't know why, but the model isn't entirely compatible with ARC9's TPIK system. I'd suggest asking the person who did the ARC9 Default PM fix addon. I think it's got something to do with the rig?

In screenshots its just shader settings. Only eyes have glowing effect

This is normal that models and viewmodels have glowing effect? In 8sianDude models this effect doesn't exists
