You'll need to update this to the latest version as there is an addtional effect added to the Frag grenade due to the latest DK patch

Hmm there is little problem for the specific White uniform of yours:

Conflict between
/mods/uniformswhite//object_library/humans_friendly.xml
and
/mods/extra_clean//object_library/humans_friendly.xml

Indeed this file is not there for the other colors so they work ;)
