Do not grind them down or this would crash your game
So this adds a solution to that, shield the thrusters. Also as you mentioned earlier these thrusters are intended for landing and breaking, so it makes even more sense to shield them. Because lets face it, how is a ship going to stop if it's main method of deceleration is slagged?
Thank you for adding a touch of realism to the game. This would be a great addition to go along with the friction mod, provided it still works.
I'm surprised game has no 'hiding' devices sans doors and pistons. At minimum deployable solar panels would have fit righ in (admitedly trivial to do now with hinges) and landing gears would have won immensely from being somewhat extendable (wheels do).
love the mods so far btw.
If you really want to make changes, you can do it yourself and re-upload the mod, I'm ok with that (as long as you put a link to original mod in the description and me as one of the authors)
The animation does otherwise look quite nice.
