COngratulations on remaking one of my favorite Hardcore levels from NR. I felt the nostalgia or speaking in terms of NR, I got the training back.

You, sir, have managed to capture the frenetic awesomeness of the original. My reaction to playing this was basically one continuous "WHOOOOOO!" Visuals could use some tweaking, I guess, but they sure didn't get in the way.

Yeah I played Abandoned Utopia earlier today, hopefully whole set of levels will be redone soon, and I'll end up playing them over and over like I used to on Nitronic Rush lol.

Possibly. Pretty sure someone else is remaking Hardcore Death Machine, and Abadoned Utopia is already remade by fzeroman. I'm probably going to do Hardcore Gold next if I have time.

That was sort of the point. In NR's Hardcore Black, you had to just hope you're gonna reach the end. Here it's the same, just a bit further back. A tip: once you reach the final jump to the very end, all you got to do is just boost and accelerate. You'll get onto the platform and can safely drive up to the end.

It took me a while to complete this one, the end platform is too dark in contrast to the back, I can't see it ><

Too much blue bloom on 2 of the turns and the end is very dark so you dont see the landing until you hit. 5 Stars!

@Judge Dredd, me or Cyclops? I just meant that the red barrier at the end of the track is slightly too big on the last flip onto wallride. I keep ramming into that one but no problems with any of the others.

I feel like the "end of track" bar for the very last 90 degree wallride flip is just a bit too tall; it seems to be slightly larger than the rest of them.

I played this level for hours upon hours in Nitronic Rush, and this recreation is pretty accurate. Of course, there are scaling differences, but that's to be expected because of how differently the two games control. One thing to note is that in the original, on the wallride before the first checkpoint, there's a 90 degree inward turn (i.e. the track curves towards the car) just before jumping off, but that doesn't seem to be here. Otherwise, very accurate in terms of track placement, good job.
