I really love the idea of the feature but would be nice if its working for all airframes in use of a unit
It would be nice to have a crew movement option for the crew in the back to lay down on the ramp to check ground clearance. It would also be helpful for hovering with the aft wheels on the ground.
Is it possible to add these or would you allow our in house mod team to do it themselves?
having support for the HMD mod would be cool too!
if anyone wants to or is able to work on the model, i have some great pictures ((including cockpit ones)) of the real thing that could be useful.
Btw, I feel like this heli handles waaaay to well for it's size. Compared to BIS "Chinooklike" helo, RHS CH-47 or AFAIR even original release (think we're using either it or some AFM upgrade of it) of MH-47 this one feels more like a Huey, you don't feel the "weight" of the chopper.
So here's my question:
...is it hard to edit AFM \ weight distribution simulation of the mod? Is there any chance you could make it more akin to what other heavy helis in-game feel like?
Pls provide it as an option for the US variant
Second maybe i can get some help identifying if i am doing something wrong or expecting something incorrectly. I have a mission created where a couple friends and i will "load vehicle" a raft in the back... Fly to a position and land in the water, unload it and then all of us disembark to do hood shit. Problem is that after a few second of the engine off while floating, it takes hull damage and wrecks.
Is that meant to function that way? I thought it would float with the ramp level/down so we could return and exfil?
