Using this mod with some friends. Everything seems to work except a few things. Obviously this is outdated since the rulers are messed up in the beginning. Julli is rulling the Scippi, Brutti is ruled by a random Carthigian. Was able to work past this by killing off our starting rulers in various ways. Furthermore Rome needs something that disables them from making vassals where Scippi needs to expand in central Italy. Can't wait for a proper update! 10/10

An Update to Invictus 1.8 would be amazing

That is unfortunate, I haven't really tested it in multiplayer so it's hard to say what could be causing the crash. If you could send me your logs in the Invictus discord I'll do what I can to fix it.

It crashes a lot in multiplayer co-op with a friend on each Rome

I remember how that felt back in Rome total war.

That feeling when you finally broke the other factions and conquer all of rome was a rush!

Great mod. I just wish I could run it alongside Terra Indomita

Amazing mod, fantastic work! Any tips to get this mod working on the Steam Deck? The base game works on the Steam Deck, but when the mod is enabled the game crashes on the Steam Deck. Crash occurs during map loading.

Been waiting for this! Amazing, something about this ahistorical set up makes it really fun to play.
A few comments:
1) I found the Roman factions a bit too strong, they really gang up and knock out almost anyone from the start---perhaps a slight nerf?
2) The Roman factions are also a bit over-zealously aggressive. I like this usually, but really makes the gameplay just about conquering.
3) Perhaps make the factions all clients of SPQR? Like they have to pay tribute/manpower to their Senate overlord
4) While I like that the alliances can't be broken (though it takes away quite a bit of agency from the player), the territory needed to establish their imperium over the sentate also feels quite a bit (was 600 right?) Perhaps this can be toned down a bit to stimulate earlier cracks in the alliances

I can't wait to see what you do with the Senate mechanic with SPQR!

Amazing as always Dementive. Hats off to you!
