HE's FULLY FINISHED!!!

So, Evil Ryu doesnt have any inputs yet, as i have yet to determine which moves will have them, also the down special is the focus punch which stuns you in place for an attack. I plan to add a input there so that you can cancel out an attack but need help with that. Overall this is basically a W.I.P But mostly finished. Also, your Sora looks great :D
