i am excited for the lvl 1 legendary weapons and i feel like if you were to do this to make it so they dont have the legendary tag until max level

I believe Lvl2 Power Fist may have incorrect damage.

It has the same base damage as the level 3, And the same attack speed.

The only change is 5% less chance to explode. Maybe Lvl2 should be more about 25~ damage range?

@764033488 如果你没解锁对应武器的话，他的一级应该也是没有的。因为我mod里面的武器和原版的是捆绑的
