could you add sandbox to more of the mods? like panic?

@pynoTTV @Sco I made some changes so you can set the value beyond 100%. Play around with it until you find the settings that you like

Same fot me Sco. @socialTrogldyte, are u shure it really change something in Mp?? Can u incrase the rate a little bit? I use it at 100% but i see no effective change, i play with 4h/day

I didn't understand exactly how it works, I did some tests with depression at 100 in debug, and the fatigue does not increase like the original mod

@pynoTTV Works fine for me. You might have to run it for a few in-game hours to see any changes since it updates every hour instead of every minute.

I tried putting 100 in the sandbox but the fatigue always goes up at the same rate, I hope to find the cause

thank you for this sanbox was what the mod needed,.
Anyway this one doesn't seem to have any effect.
You can't see the messages on the player's head, I've been depressing for 20 minutes with the admin but fatigue seems to go up normally and very slowly.
