flybys are stored in a sound bank on the gameobject "Bullet Flyby Sound"
grab the soundbank from that object and just replace the clips

this is merely a replacement and edit of the flyby audio system that steel has coded in. anything related to how flybys are calculated and how they function is not my territory.
